At this workshop Madelaine will teach you how to humanely kill, pluck and clean your own chickens and prepare it ready for the table.
This is hands on workshop, it's a valuable experience if you have never prepared your own meat before and want to learn how and you will get  to take home your own certified organic chicken ready to cook. 
Madelaine will show you all the techniques to process your own birds quickly and humanely.
What you will get:
Lunch will be provided from our own Hollyburton Produce
You get to take home 2 organic chickens that you have cleaned and plucked yourself

About Madelaine:

Madelaine has been running her own business since she was just eight years old. Now at 20 she is making a career of farming with her brand of certified organic eggs which are sold across Melbourne. Come and hang out with this inspiring, vibrant young woman, who has a world of hands on experience with chickens. She can lovingly and humanely kill and clean a chicken in less than 10 minutes.
