Naturally Cured Bacon - Sliced
Our ham and bacon come from our free-range pigs. They have been running on our organic farm, treated with natural methods and are feed a mixture of grains, beer barley, milk, and hay plus free-ranging the fields.
Our ham and bacon are traditionally made by our local butcher.
Our hams and bacon are smoked for 12 hours and have a beautiful smoked flavor.
Does contain low nitrates.
