Hollyburton Park is located in Clarkefield near Mt Macedon in Victoria, Australia.

Hollyburton Park is a 150 year old property it was originally named Hollyburton by the Fairbairns family; who called all the houses they lived in Hollyburton. Whether Hollyburton was their Scottish clans name is unknown but posssible.

We fell in love with Hollyburton in 1993 and moved on in the beginning 1994. We originally were breeding ostriches which we phased out eight years ago.

We have three children the youngest two were born at home on Hollyburton. They have a fantastic lifestyle swimming in the lake in summer, making cubbies in the old trees and playing with their animals.

Hollyburton Park was certified organic three years ago.

We purchased Hollyburton with a white Suffolk flock of sheep. Feeling disheartened with wool prices, we started producing a thick wadding made from our own wool developed specifically for friends in the futon and doona business and have developed on from there.
